CABLES FOR FEEDING AND CONTROLLING
SERVOMOTORS
This section includes cables for power
feeding and for controlling signals of servomotors
employed in industrial automation.
They are split in
the following way:
• UNIDRALL 5000 e 6000 with insulation
and jacket in PVC compound: they the base
version having fair chemical resistance and good mechanical
performance..
• UNIDRALL 5005 e 6005 with insulation in polyolefin and
jacket in polyurethane
based compound: they have the advantage to provide low capacitance (with great
benefit
for drive efficiency, life endurance of drives and motors), outer jacket with
good chemical resistance e and good mechanical performances
• UNIDRALL 5010 e 6020 with insulation in TPE-E and jacket
in fully polyurethane:
excellent chemical resistance and excellent mechanical properties.
Every of these three types is divided into three parts:
1. without control pairs
2. with brake pair
3. with two control pairs (usually for brake and thermal
control).
• UNIDRALL 5100 are resolver, encoder and taco cables,
for signals used for speed
and position motor control. They have different insulation compounds and fully
polyurethane compound as jacket.
Hence they have excellent both chemical and mechanical performances.
• UNIDRALL 5200 are resolver, encoder and taco cables,
for signals used for speed
and position motor control. They have different insulation compounds and PVC
compound as jacket. Hence they have good both chemical and mechanical
performances.
All cables have been approved by UL
and CSA and, for UNI DRA LL 5005, 5010 and 5100, special
style and description page were got by UL and CSA,
stating them as
“Oil Resistant”.
