UNIATOX 800 C cables are made of halogen-free compounds (fire retardant IEC 60332-3). These compounds do not include any other substance which might release toxic or corrosive gases, dioxins or halogenhydric acids in case of fire. This makes UNIATOX 800 C cables particularly suitable for high population density areas, where the risk of fire is also high. Health protection goes along with environment protection since our cables can be fully recycled and since they contribute – by releasing no acid substances – in reducing the extent of building damages in case of fire. Halogen-free anti-fire cables are also used as for control and measuring in operation equipments, roller conveyors, assembly lines, plant installations and ventilation systems. They can fit-fixed or mobiles installations with free-movement assembly where cables are not driven. UNIATOX 800 C can withstand moderate mechanical stress.
