Our whistleblower system, a vital tool, facilitates the reporting and investigation of information concerning risks and misconduct. It allows us to address potential issues within our larger group reality and related entities discreetly. The system is accessible for reporting actual or potential breaches in a professional context, ensuring prompt and objective processing, with measures implemented to prevent further breaches.

You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt after the report has been given. Each whistleblower report is confidentially and thoroughly scrutinized. An investigation is initiated only if an initial assessment reveals a suspicion of a breach, adhering to fair process principles for maximum whistleblower protection.
We are committed to preventing discrimination against whistleblowers and persons who contribute to investigations. The presumption of innocence shall apply to the persons concerned until the breach is proven. The investigations are carried out with absolute confidentiality.

Reports may be given about risks, suspicions and violations of statutory provisions, voluntary self-assigned commitments and internal company regulations. This also includes breaches of human rights and environmental obligations from within the company's own business area and from the business area of (non-)indirect suppliers. You can also use the whistleblower system if you have questions about compliance matters.

UNIKA Group utilizes LAPP's whistleblowing system, an online reporting system that ensures an accessible internal channel for reporting potential misconduct or asking compliance-related questions.
You have the opportunity to provide information about possible misconduct in different languages and to ask questions about compliance – including anonymously.
